Way back, in the 60's, there were a few EZ Ways in town.

One of the engineer types played with the numbers and seemed to think if he had 
a 3" deep, 3' diameter "disk" of concrete at ground level, around the "Wonder 
Post" the tilt over force went way up to some value. He did tar paper, or such 
so the concrete was not stuck to the post. It's tilt force versus diameter 
versus sledge hammer to get it out, someday.
Don't think the weight of the concrete plays as much as the surface area in 
contact with the ground.

Get out the slide rule.
