This makes no sense.

Perhaps you mean a REFLECTOR between two driven elements with driven element switching?

It might work, but it would limit direction of radiation to two 180-degree opposite directions.

The driven elements on opposite sides with separate coaxes to eliminate the relay requirement to switch back and forth 180 degrees.
