[TowerTalk] HFTA now working on Win 8.1 and Win 7 Home Premium PCs

The trick was (a) find the most ARRL Antenna Book 22nd Edition CD-ROM and
(b) create a root level directory...

     C:\HFTA

...in which to install HFTA from the CD-ROM (don't use the default install
directory).

All good!  Thanks to Dean N6BV and others for the helpful tips.
