[TowerTalk] More from the M2 antennas quality control file

Norm,

At the ripe old age of 40-something, you seem to have not learned a lot
about being a human being.

You keep referring to Six Sigma, a method of quality control that didn't
come into vogue until the 1990's. Those of us who have engineering
educations prior to that know that it is a packaged rehash of methods
developed by the telcos and the Japanese with Pop martial arts influences.
You might want to brush up on your QA vernacular.

My private message to you last night was polite and well written, and
cautioned that perhaps your abrupt, rude approach was counter productive.
Your reply was another personal attack directed at me. Since then, you have
escalated your rant here.

It is obvious to all of us who are students of human behavior that you're
an unhappy person probably going through more stressful events than an
antenna problem. Most engineers that I know (and I know a lot of them)
would spend the time and energy actually addressing the problem at hand and
getting an antenna up rather than attacking a well respected manufacturer
in a public forum or yelling at them over the telephone or in email

I must tell you that I'm embarrassed for you and actually feel sorry for
you. Why don't you stop this now, take some time for introspection today
and perhaps read what you've written? $700 isn't worth the stress you're
putting yourself through, nor the negative Karma you're generating for
yourself in the small amateur community.

Move on.

73,

Mickey N4MB
