Quite aside from the legal or technical merits, a lawsuit involving
services gone wrong at either office could easily ensnare your club.
Even if the claims are baseless, you could be in for tens of thousands
in legal bills.

Closing on the property is in about 3 weeks. We wonder if we should go visit
the Dentist (and I know him) and the Doctor to determine what kind of equipment
they have and assure them that our radiation will not interfere with them.
This bargain land may not be a bargain if there are issues with either the
Dentist or the Doctor!
We will have a three HF station setup.. all 100W rigs..and a 2 meter//440 base
station.(Maybe an Amp sometime in the future). We'll have a TH11DX, a VHF/UHF
non directional, and a 6 meter beam up on a 70' tower. We'll be able to put
up a couple of wire antennas, one up to 275' the other around 100'.
