[TowerTalk] T2X rotor for DB-36?

Is a tailtwister  T2X adequate to turn a DB36?  

The beam the guy is putting would be located just slightly below the top of the 
surrounding trees in a residential neighborhood so I don’t expect the beam to 
see normal “open air” wind stresses.
