Why not mount the bearing inverted, i.e. inside the tower? That requires "only"
disconnecting the mast from the rotator. If nothing else, thrust bearings
aren't expensive and it would at least provide relief for a year or two until
you could plan a "real" replacement.

Jorge, amigo, sorry but I can't recommend a two part bearing to use without the
grand hassle of pulling the mast. You might be able to "surround" your mast
with "rollers." You will need at least 3 rollers (wheels with their own
bearings) arranged at 120 degree intervals. If it were me, I would go for two
levels of 3 rollers per level to distribute the force such as you would avoid
denting or crushing the mast due to sharply concentrated force at the contact
areas. I would recommend considering placing a section of telescopic fitting
tubing to strengthen the mast at the points of contacts with the rollers. This
reinforcement would have to be split into two pieces to be put onto the mast
for the same reason you can't just easily swap out your failed bearing assembly.

Other that something along the lines of the above, I have no clue how to avoid
the major pain of taking it all apart.

Good luck amigo,
