Hi folks, 

Ref. the talks about resistance level goals for ground systems.  What is the 
proper way to measure a ground system to determine its resistance?  Ref.  say, 
one 8 ft copper rod 
located near your entrance panel.  Or, ref.  other multiple laid rod systems?
