I love playing devil’s advocate (just for fun): Why does the government need to
get involved in something like this? Shouldn’t this be between the property
owners? :^)
Just sayin’.

When I applied for my tower (antenna support structure) permit,
one of the requirements was that no part of it shall protrude over
any property line. And, I was required to show that with a plot-plan.
I created a scaled version of my F12 C-4XL yagi to show that.

Interesting story and situations.
One question though, I looked at the QRZ webpage, it appears that the antenna
elements extend into / over your neighbors yard.
How does your neighbor feel about the invaded airspace?
