A similar example http://www.rogerhalstead.com/ham_files/cablebox.htm (3rd and 4th photos from the top. The coax cables come into the box through conduit, go through grounded Polyphasers, and then through another conduit stub through the plate on top of the basement wall. That stub can be filled with soft foam or just rage to keep critters ans weather out.

Thanks es 73,

How many cables?
Do you want to be able to disconnect at entry?

How big a hole in the wall do you want?

A good way is to mount a suitable large electrical enclosure into the wall with an aluminum back plate. Door to the outside You ground the back plate and install bulkhead connectors on it.

Then, you drill holes in the bottom of the box (outside the wall) to route the cables through, perhaps with some grommets/foam/etc to keep crud out. You can open the door to get access to the connectors.

But this is big/expensive - if you don't mind exposing the connectors to the elements, then setting an aluminum panel into the wall, with appropriate caulking/weather sealing works.
