Phishing and spear phishing are very easy to determine and not be impacted by. 
Merely hover your cursor, don't click, on the link and look at the bottom of 
your browser window. If it indicates another link than that displayed, delete 
the email. If it has a php in the link, I suggest you delete the email. Also do 
a "reply to" and see where the return would take you to. Often a spoof, delete.
I don't know if the apple browser reacts this way but Mozilla and Chrome 
do. ---
