"We've been copied" was the excuse, but that seems pretty ridiculous
since there are no design details in that data. Any copies lurking out
there? I have the 25 section data if a copy is needed.

The answer might be:
1) If you want to place a purchase order concurrent with asking
for calcs, they might honor that.
2) If you want to hire a structural engineer on Rohn's payroll,
he will have access to the calcs.
Just speculating...
