and 1-5/8" Cablewave heliax.

I looked through my stock here and find Amphenol 272105 (crimp),
Huber+Suhner 11_716-50-7-4/003 (clamp) and 11_716-50-7-2/003 (crimp) for
RG-214 and/or RG-393, and I also found one RF Industries RFD-1604-2I which
Google shows is for LMR400.

If you're scrounging and trying to save money, you'd do better looking for
1/2" Superflex connectors (or jumpers, either new or used) on eBay. $5 for
surplus 7-16 DIN connectors for 1/2" Superflex is typical, maybe a buck or
two more for type N's because they aren't quite as plentiful on the surplus
market. Part numbers look like F4PDMxxx for 7-16 DIN male and F4PDFxxxx for
7-16 DIN female, and the cable itself is FSJ4-50B.

Avoid using Superflex outdoors though. Stick with good high-quality braided
cables for rotor loops and the like, even if it means having to spend a
little more on 7-16 connectors (considering how much you likely saved by
using 7-16 DIN connectors on your heliax, it's probably worth it).
Personally I don't like any of the "ultraflex" cables like LMR400UF, 9913F,
and similar variants outdoors when I need to use a braided cable, I stick
with the ol' reliables like mil-spec RG-213, RG-214, and RG-393.
