[TowerTalk] Coax for Stacking

If both coax are the same, you don't really need accuracy.Precision yes...just 
make them read the same.I used to TDR with a scope and pulse generator.With 
that setup you could put the cables in parallel and watch both reflections come 
back, then walk the match in.WL
