Not OWA's, but N6BT's "Array of Light" includes lots of designs for mono- and multi-band antennas, and also talks about interleaving and coupling methods. As you probably know, Tom's antennas are extremely good designs for their day (~ 20 years ago), and measured that way on the well-designed test range that K7LXC/N0AX devised. We've made great use of his smallest 2-el from that vintage, the C3SS, for FD and 7QP/CQP county expeditions. W6GJB rebuilt them to allow the elements to be transported fully put together on a rack above his contesting trailer and clamp onto the boom, thus allowing very fast setup. k9yc.com/7QP.pdf for photos.
