Been there, done that, tower is still standing.78' Rohn 45. Specs call for 2 sets anchored at 56' from the base. On anchor was constrained by property line to ~30'. I had a PE do the design work (he's also a ham). He modified the Rohn standard specs as follows: 3 sets of guys instead of 2, at 22/44/66 feet.
