The builtin POE which comes from an ethernet switch uses a switched mode
power supply, which can produce a lot of wideband noise.
I have my cameras connected with a seperate clean (lineair) power supply with an external POE adapter. You don't have to run a separate power line to the camera (usually 12v) or locate it near an outlet. If you are using a wired camera (instead of WiFi), why not run the power over the ethernet line, it makes it a lot easier.
