[TowerTalk] RT-21 settings for Yaesu G-2800

Hello, all.  I have a used RT-21 that I acquired.  It is wired for the 
Prosistel 61D.
I see what it should be for the 2800, however I'm not following the 
nomenclature for the 2800 setup: jumper short and screw connector short.  Would 
someone mind explaining this to me?  Thank you.
