I think You are right about the wire, see the product descriptions;
/The wire is 10 gauge tined solid copper wire. The coil support bars
are polycarbonate. I have included an extension with two screw holes
on each coil support bar for ease of mounting in the desired
orientation. /
Only the main webpage mention nickel-plated wire. (The description for
one of the coils say tined (???) solid copper wire in the first
paragraph but nickel-plated in the second paragraph. However the second
paragraph seems to be a copy-paste of the main webpage.

to write the description/ad and that's what came to mind??
