This is a problem. I probably need to have two AUTO DUPE ENABLES,
one for S&P and one for CQ MODE. Initially, it only affected the
CQ MODE, but the internet sprint required it to work differently.

All you need to do is overwrite the ITU zone with the HQ station
name.
