To fix your scoring problem - do the following:

1. Rename your LOG.DAT file to something else (sp.dat).

2. Start up TR - using Control-J, make sure AUTO START SEND COUNT 
= 0, CW TONE = 0 and AUTO DUPE ENABLE CQ = FALSE.  Alt-W or Alt-G 
to save these to your LOGCFG.DAT file.

3. Make sure the proper MY GRID statement is in your LOGCFG.DAT file.

4. Type TR READ SP.DAT and sit back for a minute.
