Hi all---

Question re TRLog and Packet. Using V5.96, computer is 386/20 with
13 MB. Packet program is KaGold V9.06. Logcfg defines packet port
as Com2 and radio control port as Com1, using LPT1 for keying. Rig
is TS940S.

Set up is Start KaGold, log onto cluster, exit from KaGold with the
"keep connects" option. Start TrLog, CTRL-B to view packet. Works
just fine for received spots etc.... attempts to send via packet
are ignored however. Should I not be able to type something useful
like sh/wwv while packet window is open and have it sent. Right
now, nothing happens.

I just finished fighting through installation of new stuff in
computer like SCSI drives and getting multiple com ports and
parallel ports running successfully but I am not an expert when it
comes to serial communications.

Any suggestions, advice, and/or magic bullets gratefully
accepted...
