Well with George's help I found out what is wrong, TR Port shows the
adresses that TR is using for the ports and explains where they come
from.  In my machine they are wrong in the BIOS where Tree reads them.
They are correct on the jumpers of the port card and in Win95 but I
cannot find a way to change them in the BIOS (HP 7420). HP support tells
me that this is a home machine and they designed it so that "home users"
won't get in and mess it up!!

Tree, can we have a table in the program where we could input the
correct addresses?
