They are hard coded into the software.
You can make your own list. This is covered in the COUNTRY LIST CHANGES
section. All you have to do is edit CTY.DAT file by adding this
too the end:
REMAINING MULTS
AA3 BV BY DU CE ZD8 ZD7 GW G3
HB HC HI F YU
Anyway you get the idea.
