Gentlemen
Looking over the 1997 rules for the NA QSO Party, it seems that VE8 and VY1
are indicated to be separate multipliers, but are combined in TrLog. Have
the rules changed this year? Am I misinterpretting them? Should we be using
S50p13.dom or S50p12.dom?
