[TRLog] TR 6.10 S&P CW Speed from Database

Not sure if this worked before:

CW speed from Database works in CQ mode, but doesnt seem to change
speeds for known calls in S&P mode.

Did this work before?? Any reason why it shouldnt??
This is where it could ne needed most!
