[TRLog] Best DTA file?

　　　 I checked out ftp site at jzap.com and found two
DTA file named OK2FD and W7GG.
Are both of them made after　 vanity callsign was issued?
Which is good for CQ WW operation from zone 8?
Any suggestion will be greatly appriciated.
