[TRLog] Importing trmaster files

I have tried to import one of the trmaster files that are available 
for download.  I would like to import this data without changing the 
hits count in my trmaster.  Even if I set the hits update flag to 
false the hits count still increments.  Am I doing someting wrong, or 
is this "a feature".
