I have created version 6.14. There are only two differences from 6.13:
1. The CTY.DAT file is okay.
2. Some delay timing has been changed to (hopefully) make the DVP work
with some of the faster computers (i.e. Pentium 166 MHz).
I won't send this to everyone, but if you are using a DVP this weekend
and might be trying it on a fast computer for the first time, you might
need this version.
It is on the BBS or via e-mail.
Also, the BBS never had 6.13 on it properly, but 6.14 is there now.
