I responded privately to the other request. His problem was not
having EIGHT BIT PACKET PORT = TRUE (or some command close to that).

With 6.13 I am unable to communicate with the KAM through control-B
Think I saw another note like this, but not a response. I am able to
interface
with 6.11, although not at the claimed maximum 4800 baud (2400 works on 6.11
but
not 6.13). This is a new system (200Mhz 686), which might be part of the
problem.
Any thoughts?
