I dont think that is what he was saying:
TRLOG supports on/times via 
\on
\off 
entries in the callsign window.
The PROBLEM is that when you use POST to convert to 
ARRL format, -ALL- log comments are removed.

You have to manually insert the relevant data into your
summary sheet.
