I would use 6.17 - the only know problem with 6.17 is we have
had a report of an ft1000mp (or ft1000) I forget dong strange
things when switching modes. This would only affect the ft1000,
ft1000mp and the ft920 - as these are the radios that Tree was
trying a fix on with this release.
I think it is safe to say that overall Tree does not often
introduce problems with new releases and I have always
used the latest version. If for no other reason than to
make sure it works.
6.16 worked perfectly for me in the SSB SS for 1900+ qsos.
Seeya on the bands from 6D2X this coming weekend.
Software testing is hard work - but someone has to do it!
