I Pegasus there is a configuration that is "Allow 8 bit MIME
Encoding". Is it possible that you somehow have MIME enabled and are
not aware of it in Eudora?

I wonder, with the popularity of programs like Netscape as well as
many other "internal" email programs people use, along with a the
general "newness" of the Internet to many, why the ARRL just hasn't
figured out a way to accept these?

Avoid criticism -- say, do and be nothing.
