[TRLog] IC-706 MkII and TR Log

I have built the CW interface cable so I can key my IC-706 from TRLog, but
nothing happens. From what I read, I need to tell TR Log what port to use,
but that seems to be it. Obviously, I'm missing something. If anyone has
done this, please e-mail me privately on what I have overlooked.

The laptop I am using is the Toshiba T-1910, and I want to use the serial
port (unless this is not practical).
