Jim,
Make sure Pin 14 of your parallel port has +5Volts
on it (this is the common terminal for the two pullups.
If you are using the Relay Control Port feature to
switch radios, pin 14 will toggle between +5V and
ground depending on which radio you have selected. I
use a separate +5V supply in my two radio swtichbox to
drive the paddle port pullups.

I bought a W1WEF CW interface, and I'm trying to get
the Paddle Input stuff to work. I'm having the di-dah
problem mentioned in the manual. Manual suggests
10K pull-up resistors. I opened up the interface, and it
has the pull-ups. Anyone got any other suggestions?
