Hi Kevin.
I wrote to you quite a while back asking questions about getting SBDVP
working on my computer with TRLog. I got your program to work with TRlog
but never got it to xmit for me. I think my slow mind has finally figured
things out. I was under the impression I had to make another connection to
key the radio other than the CW keying line. I think (duh) all I need to do
is take the CW keying line and hook it into a PTT connection right?!?!
duh............ Now I have another question. Last time I talked with you I
was using windows 3.11. I have since retooled and have Windows95 installed.
I don't have any memory managers on this computer. How do I set things up
in DOS for this? Do I still just add to the config.sys file and
autoexec.bat file? Can I just use loadhigh? Does windows 95 take care of
the memory management? I'm kinda in the in-between state right now of
understanding how exactly windows95 and it's ver of DOS work together.
I have old Pentium 66 with 24 meg of RAM and 5.2 gig HDD. What is the best
way to set it up?
Thanks de Barry/K8BK
