[TRLog] Manual 6.30

I printed pages 1-5 and 42-45 on size A4.
Table of Contents all OK.
The first chapter 1.0 seems ok.
Chapter 5.7 does not start on the top of the page, the same goes for 5.7,
5.8 and 5.9. But I don´t know if that was your intention....
