I hadn't seen any other replies, so I put this together for "Outside MA".
The DOM file is pretty arbitrary as far as abbreviations are concerned. If a
station from MA has some suggestions, let everyone know and they can be
easily changed, added, etc. It's pretty basic but seems to work. Need one
for inside MA?
