Thanks for all the excellent responses, 17 at last count. There is one great
group of guys on this reflector. Lots of ideas, different thoughts, personal
choices and preferences, all pleasant, polite and very helpful to someone
just starting. No real consensus on separate paddle connections, but
definite pluses for connection through computer. I am still just sorting out
the program commands and practicing off the air. Thanks for all the help.
