[TRLog] <F10> problem, v.641

Found the same problem here.  Required a forced shutdown within windows and
a reopen to clear.

Problem found while preparing for FD 99:

If you press <F10> (to enter KEYBOARD MODE) while in CQ mode
AND with the cursor in the CALL window, when you exit from
KEYBOARD mode, the cursor remains on the line ELOW the EXCHANGE
window and will not return to either of the two data entry windows.

If you press <F10> (to enter KEYBOARD MODE) while in S&P mode
AND with the cursor in the CALL window, when you exit from
KEYBOARD mode, the cursor DISAPPEARS and all further attempts to
recover control of the software/PC are met with a single beep.
