The LOG FILE SIZE FAILED test is to see if the program things the
log file is about the right size for the number of QSOs you have.
I have heard of it failing occasionally. Perhaps I need to loosen
up the criteria. If you can give me a copy of the log fle when
this happens, I can see what needs to be done.
