I have uploaded a new version of the manual to George's FTP server, so it
should appear shortly on the Web page.
Please note that there is no ZIP version of the file. Setting the compress
options in Distiller produces a PDF file hardly any bigger than a ZIP file,
so it's no longer worth producing a ZIP version.
The size of the new manual is 725,581 bytes.
There are still many more changes in the pipeline....
