Thanks to all for comments. The few times I have submitted electronic logs,
I have put on/off times in the summary sheet. But the official SS
announcement requires (as it has for some time, I think) that these times be
put in separate columns, for which I find no accommodation in Cabrillo. If
the sponsors are OK with listing on/off times in the summary, that's great.
