It works if you have a shell account to your ISP. Set the packet port as
your modem port, the go to CTRL-B, and send the ATDT sequence to dial your
ISP. Once you connect, run telnet to connect to the cluster. As long as TR
sees the packet spots, it does not care how you got there.
