I have fabricated a keying cable using the 2N2222A transistor as described
in the manual. It works FB except for RF output greater than 80W cause the
transistor, I am assuming to lock up. I definitely would like to run a full
100W to 150W for the A precedence catagory in SSCW this weekend. What do I
need to do to resolve the rf problem. I have considered a shielded 2N2222A
or equivalent transistor. What is your suggestion?
