Used the new next band map entry feature over the weekend and it is
mostly working. It sure is a neat feature. I am reworking some of
the bandmap features to enable adding some of the other requested
features before making a release.
Having it setup for the footswitch was pretty neat - until I got
to SSB and needed the footswitch to transmit with. I eventually
got the DVP hooked up, so I wouldn't need to talk anymore.
