[TRLog] Sv: TRLog Digest V3 #118

I have tried several times to download the log conversion program at the 
address given by W3DAD: http://www.qsl.net/ka5wss/logconv/ but have been 
"thrown off".from the logconv part. No problems while downloading the readme 
file. Any others with similar experiences? (I have the ZonAlarm warning program 
running to prevent "intruders" while on the Net).
