[TRLog] packet interfacing?

Hello All

Just trying a new PC with TR

I am trying the packet interface with no luck to the rig.
When I press CTRL-B I get the signal:
'talking to the packet port'
does this mean I am t/r-x TNC?

if not, what does it mean?
