Gary,
You are correct that the web site you mention says 3 points for
CW. However, the "New and Improved Rules" on the Salmon Run Site say 4
points for CW. Check this out:

Before making my first posting to the reflector about this I exchanged
e-mail with N0AX and WA0RJY (K7ED in contests) and I am confident that 4
points for CW is correct. WA0RJY said he thought Tree was going to change
it to reflect the new rules, but he hasn't yet.
