[TRLog] new type of EXCHANGE RECEIVED

Hi Tree,

for our german HSC Contest ( The high speed peoples ) i need a new type of
the EXCHANGE RECEIVED Statement.
Same as "RST QSO NUMBER AND POSSIBLE DOMESTIC QTH"  like "RST QSO NUMBER AND
POSSIBLE SECOND NUMBER" only numeric signs.

Our exchage ist  599/001/1234 for the member of the HSC and 599/001 for
non-members. The "SECOND NUMBER" is our membernumber.

Is it possible to support this ??
